How to add yourself to Google Groups inside your Ameriglide E-Mail.
In this guide, I am going to show you a quick way to add yourself to the Ameriglide Fax Group, as requested. Please note, this method can be used for any group that you're needing to add inside the group directory.
Step 1. Please make sure you're signed into your Ameriglide work email.
Step 2. Once inside the email, looking for 9 "dots" also named Google apps, located directly left of your Ameriglide Logo, shown here:

Step 3. After locating google apps, left click, will bring a group down menu, with a list of Apps. We are specifically looking for Groups, click that :) shown below:

Step 4. After selecting the group app, another tab will open in your browser, which will look similar to your email, but will be your group options. To add a new group (Fax specifically here, can be any, based on your needs) see below:
First click on All groups, then scroll down this list, select any group you need added by checking the empty box next to the group name (see Faxes for example),once selected, click join group on the right of that highlighted group.

Step 5. After clicking join group, this window will appear: 
Under Subscription, their will be 4 options to select, please choose which best suites your needs, a brief description below.
Every new message (Each email) - Messages are sent individually as they're posted to the group.
Send daily summaries (Abridged) - Summaries of up to 150 messages are combined into single emails and sent daily
Combined updates (Digest) - Up to 25 complete messages are combined into single emails and sent daily
Don't send email updates (No email) - Message from the group are not sent.
Once you have selected the subscription feature that best suites your needs, please select Join group
