Enter your information into your profile to make sure it fills in your email template signature
In order to have your signature fill out your contact information in emails to customers, you must enter your phone number (with extension) and mobile phone (if applicable).
Other fields that will be filled in are name and email, but these should be already in your profile.
First, go to your profile by clicking your initial in the top right and then the pencil icon to edit your profile.
Hint: If you do not see your profile icon on the page you are on, you can click the gold icon in the top left to go to a page that will definitely show your profile icon.
Now, click the "Edit" button in the top right.
Enter the information needed and click "Save" on the bottom left of this page.
After entered, your signature should fill in like this:
