Duplicate Leads

If you see a message in Freshworks on the right while looking at a lead that says "Possible Duplicate", this means that the system has found enough similarities between 2 or more leads to flag them as possible duplicates.

This does not mean that it is an actual duplicate, you need to look through the leads to determine if they are really duplicates.

If they are, click "Merge". This cannot be undone, so make sure they are really duplicates.

If they are not a duplicate, click "Not a duplicate?" below the "Merge" button. (it is tiny, so here's a visual)
